Ashley has a diverse background in design, furniture production and sales. After college he moved to New York to pursue a career in fashion, but during a design project for a hotelier Jonathan Morr, he quickly realized interior design was his true passion. Since then, his roles have varied within the industry. He’s done furniture design & production, project management, brand development and sales. Previous employers and partners include India Mahdavi Design, Stella McCartney, Andaz hotels, Martyn Lawrence Bullard, Plantation, Mosaic Hotel Group, Kering and Viceroy Hotels. His love for people and the creative process has always been at the center of each position.

He’s made the cross country move 5 times, but in 2013 he decided to plant himself in Southern California permanently. Ashley loves the California lifestyle taking full advantage of the amazing food, quick day trips and loads of outdoor activities. He also loves cooking and all things food related. If he’s traveling you can also count on him to be searching for the best spot for vintage furniture and local art.

He’s excited to partner with CODARUS and share his love of design with his customers. Ashley thrives on creating beautiful spaces and meaningful relationships. Helping his customers achieve their goals in the most efficient means possible is his top priority.

Francine Hayes

Francine was born and raised in Texas and although a Dallas girl at heart she met her husband on a business trip to Tulsa 9 years ago now happily calls Oklahoma home. She has worked professionally for several luxury retailers such as Neiman Marcus where she was a brand ambassador for Escada then accepted a management position with Saks Fifth Avenue overseeing the Vera Wang Bridal Salon and Couture Evening Department. Longing to work as a rep for a manufacturer she joined St John Knits where she spent 15 years as a business manager, territory rep and eventually as their National Sales Manager. Most recently Francine worked for In-Detail sales agency managing key accounts and Oklahoma and Arkansas accounts.  

Francine is passionate about bringing the best products and buying experiences to her customers so moving into the home furnishings business a few years ago was a natural progression and one she feels brings her career full circle. She still fondly remembers taking a part time job in high school selling Italian baby furniture at a boutique where she knew nothing about babies or their furnishings but fell in love with the selling experience.

In her free time Francine and her husband love to entertain family and friends in Skiatook, Oklahoma, care for their 16-year-old senior dog Stone and squeeze in a few long weekend road trips for relaxation. One of her frequent travel stops is Dallas where she enjoys seeing family, lifelong friends and most importantly their son that is attending law school.

Liz has been in the home industry for six years. With a passion for design & lover of all things home, she enjoys helping clients translate their design needs into a curated space. Some might say it is her super power.
Authenticity guides the way, helping to build trust and dependability with clients and co-workers alike.
She joined CODARUS as the Atlanta showroom manager and excited at what is ahead of her.
Liz recently relocated to Atlanta and ready to plant her roots in her new home.
In her spare time, Liz enjoys telling her dog Charlie how cute he is, exploring Atlanta, hot yoga classes and brunch.

Amy Jo Cosgrove is a Pittsburgh native.  After attending college at Ohio University, she heeded the call West and worked with a boutique agency representing film directors to ad agencies on the West Coast for commercial work.

Along the way, a nice Midwestern guy named Chris appeared, they quickly married and had a son, Quinn.  Longing for greener pastures and a better quality of life, they moved to Kansas City where she was once again enchanted.  AJ went to work for mother-in-law, Barbara at her burgeoning lighting company, Barbara Cosgrove Lamps. Recognizing Barb’s extraordinary eye and superb design talent, AJ fell in love with lighting, becoming the company’s Director of Sales & Marketing.

Quickly immersing herself in the home decor industry, AJ went about building the brand.  AJ became the spirit of the boutique brand, elevating the line to the national stage.  The company’s presence grew with CODARUS to multiple showroom locations across the country. Recognizing the important evolution of interior designers in the industry, she cultivated relationships with country's premier designers.  Striving to look forward, AJ broke the company into the hospitality industry, with lamps in luxury hotels across North and South America and was an early onboarder with chic home decor internet innovator One Kings Lane. Barbara Cosgrove Lamps became an industry darling known for their classic design, exceptional quality and customer service.  

Upon Barbara’s retirement, AJ accepted a position as VP of Sales with her long time rep group, CODARUS, recognized for their uber-tasteful showrooms and first-class roster of manufactures and sales reps.  AJ is managing sales for the company’s hard goods lines, bringing 15 years of industry experience, relationships and a passion for great product design.

 

Charley Boring

A native Atlantan, Charley has always had a flair for fashion and an eye for design! Selling is in the family DNA. He grew up watching his Dad sell commercial real estate in Atlanta while his Mom has been selling fashion accessories to specialty stores in the Southeast for almost 25 years. Charley began his career with CODARUS in Chicago, as the Territory Manager for the Midwest, in 2015 where he covered 5 states and doubled the territory in the two years he spent there. He then fulfilled a life-long desire to live in California and moved across the country to Los Angeles with CODARUS in early 2017. He spent a year building the business as the Los Angeles Territory Manager, primarily expanding the business done with designers. CODARUS provides the perfect opportunity to combine Charley’s natural selling skills with his eye for design as well as his passion for fashion.

Charley is very much looking forward to relocating to Austin as the Central & West Texas Territory Manager for CODARUS. Austin is actually his Mom’s hometown and he has a lot of family in the area and it has that artsy, eclectic vibe he loves about Southern California with a bit more of the southern hospitality from his roots in the south! In between sales calls, you will find him cooking up something delicious in the kitchen, watching Bobby Flay on the Food Network or working out at the nearest gym!

Gracie Hoffman

Gracie has grown up around design since day one. Having parents in the interior design, construction and real estate industries it was an easy transition for her to follow in their footsteps of creating and selling beautiful spaces.  She feels very fortunate she knew exactly what she wanted to pursue as her career. Gracie recently graduated from Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM) in Los Angeles majoring in Interior Design and is continuing her education at Interior Design Institute (IDI) located in Newport Beach.

Gracie started working at CODARUS as an intern and is now working as a sales associate in the Laguna Niguel showroom.

Bonita McCarthy

Bonita has been active in the design trade in Southern California for more than 10 years.  As a member of ASID and NKBA, she has been working as a designer to produce beautiful kitchens and baths.  She gains great satisfaction from the creative design process when she sees her designs come to life.

Bonita joined CODARUS in December of 2018 as Showroom Manager for the Laguna Design Center Showroom.   In her spare time she enjoys walking her two dogs Charlie and Vitto, as well as cycling, hiking, and enjoying the great outdoors.

Lynn Bahr

Lynn Bahr

Showroom Sales Manager

Lynn Bahr is a native Nebraskan and attended school at the University of Nebraska before moving to Dallas in 1982. Since moving she has perfected her selling and customer service skills at Neiman Marcus, Barney's, Saks Fifth Avenue and Tooties before switching from retail to wholesale sales. Her most recent position was with the Dallas Market Center as the Director of Leasing in apparel for 13 years and prior to that she was the Director of Operations for the Fashion Industry Gallery (F.I.G.).

She lives in Oak Cliff in a home that was built in 1940 and has lovingly restored it over the last 14 years. In her spare time Lynn has a passion for anything to do with the water and loves to spend time boating, swimming and snorkeling.

Pierce grew his career as a software engineer for over 27 years working for Fortune 1000 companies including Fidelity Investments, Electronic Data Systems, and General Motors. After ten years as eCommerce Architect for Neiman Marcus in the 2000’s, he continued his career as a Consultant for several years with Credera, a nationally recognized Business and IT consulting firm.

After meeting his then-to-be husband, Cody Ables, and having many long discussions with co-founders Cody and David, Pierce joined CODARUS in 2013 with the charge of leading the growing company into a new era of growth and defining new operating procedures and growth strategies that the ten year old CODARUS had outgrown. Pierce’s prior experience in luxury eCommerce and business consulting have been instrumental to this end.

Pierce and his husband Cody have three dogs that go with them almost everywhere, and they both enjoy visiting our enjoy national parks, pursuing interests in design and technology, spending time with family in Central and West Texas, and working together with their extended CODARUS family around the country.

Stephan Chundy. Grew up in Charleston SC.   He discovered a love for design as an apprentice at the age of 16, decorating antebellum homes for Christmas.   He has worked in visual merchandising for many companies including Pier One and Homart.   Stephan He started with CODARUS as a Market Temp for the 2013 Las Vegas show, and joined the team permanently in 2018.
Stephan lives in Las Vegas with his husband Joshua, and in his free time Stephan enjoys cooking, singing, and making art.

Jennifer Huffman always envisioned herself in the home design industry growing up, being involved with her parent’s lifestyle store from an early age. Her parents had a successful high end trendsetting retail store in San Antonio for 27 years. She embraced the opportunities & experiences of being a vital part of their business for over 10 years.

In 2018, Jennifer was presented with an opportunity to grow further with CODARUS and accepted the position as Chief Information Officer, where she finds fulfillment in working with management, side by side with industry leaders and being part of sales organization with inspiring individuals with a creative vision to grow with CODARUS.

Her strong passion is also reflected within her family; she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and little boy. They love to spend the weekends fishing, being outdoors, and making lots of memories.

David Bugbee

Originally from North Dakota, David spent 21 years in the medical field, eventually landing in the Dallas Fort Worth area. In 1996, he invested in and worked part time at an Interior Design, Furniture and Fresh Floral store in East Texas which gave him a taste for the industry and all that it has to offer. By the time that he and Cody met in November of 2004, the plans were laid to begin a new type of Sales Management Organization.By January of 2005, after a furious scramble to assemble product partners and showroom space, he and Cody opened CODARUS to it’s first Dallas Market. Since that time, David has enjoyed working with Cody and their hand-picked team of professionals to develop the business into the powerhouse of 26 Territory Managers and four showrooms that it is today.

When time permits, David enjoys activities that include most anything around water or the lake including scuba, skiing, boating and jet skiing. He has a passion for snow skiing, motorcycles, bowling, live music, theater, and traveling. When it is time to unwind, he spends some time at his pottery wheel, or the piano.

Cody began his career in 1994 working in a showroom in Dallas, Texas, learning the business from leaders in the industry and eventually opening his own showroom in 2005. Looking back on his childhood, Cody’s parents and grandparents provided the foundation for his creative journey. He took a lead from the strong women in his life. His grandmothers were always passionate about interior design and his mother was an artist and avid painter. Also, his father was always an enthusiastic entrepreneur and gave Cody the strength and know-how to start his own company.

Cody lives in Dallas with his husband Pierce Ables, President & COO of CODARUS as well as his beloved dogs, Kate, Oliver, and Louie. In Cody’s next life, he plans on starting a dog rescue and foster home surrounded by as many mutts as he can save!

After years and tremendous growth, Cody’s passion for the home accessories, decor, furniture and textiles that CODARUS represents has only multiplied, and he continues to learn from the CODARUS employees and product partners.

Megan Joined CODARUS as a summer intern in June 2014  and now is Visual Merchandising Director for CODARUS.

Megan has lived in and enjoyed the DFW Mid Cities are for all of her 23 years. She recently graduated from the University of North Texas with a major in Home Furnishings Merchandising, with additional studies in Interior Design and Graphic Design. Megan enjoys creating and viewing art in the forms of painting, pottery, glass, mosaic, or anything She has enjoyed studio art classes since the age of 5.

Michelle Georges is a 4th generation Texan and has been in Sales and Customer Service for the past 15 years. Michelle brings with her 8+ years in the Home and Gift industry and throughout that time has cultivated many strong relationships with her customers. Throughout Michelle’s career she has traveled to all major markets which has helped grow her knowledge and love for the industry. Michelle’s greatest satisfaction is learning about her customers and building strong relationships.

Michelle loves nothing more than spending time with her supportive husband and precious daughter as well as honing her culinary skills for anyone who will join for a last minute dinner. When she is not on the road she is spending time with friends and family or simply traveling with loved ones.

Tyler Lynch

A native of Atlanta, Tyler’s passion for home furnishings and interior design began as a child where he worked at his Mother’s antique store. After school and on the weekends Tyler would create window displays, merchandise the store and sell his vintage wares he sourced on his own. During the Summer Tyler would work at antique fairs and gift markets at Americasmart building relationships that would last a lifetime.

In 2007, Tyler joined luxury kitchen and bath retailer Waterworks where he continued building relationships with the interior design community. Tyler enjoyed attending ASID sponsored events, volunteering with DIFFA and hosting talented designers and architects at Georgia’s only flagship trade showroom.

Tyler joined CODARUS in January of 2015 where he partners with home furnishings stores, interior designers, architects, event planners and to-the-trade showrooms.

Residing in Atlanta Tyler still enjoys sourcing his vintage finds and also has a passion for social media. Tyler volunteers for “The Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation” where he hosts an annual charity bus tour of his favorite second hand stores around Atlanta.

To CODARUS, Treffrey brings more than 15 years of experience selling home accessories and textiles to retail stores and designers across North Carolina. Growing up, her family owned and worked in several retail businesses. Between college and beginning her career as a sales representative, she worked at her mother retail store.

As a Territory Sales Manager, she loves establishing strong relationships with customers and becoming someone they depend on. Treffrey is always excited to help them through the process of buying for their business, carrying through visions they may have, and creating creative and exciting ways for their business to grow.

Treffrey is originally from Raleigh, NC and currently lives in Greensboro, NC with her husband and two children. She enjoys traveling, reading, going to movies, and spending time with her family and friends.

Tamra Everson grew up in Nashville, Tennessee. She studied Interior Design at O’More College of Design in Franklin, then transferred to the University of Tennessee (Go Vols!) where she studied Art and Advertising. After college she managed a recording/rehearsal studio in Nashville where all the upcoming stars rehearsed their albums. From there she worked at a high-end furniture store handling all the advertising from TV Commercials to newspaper ads which lead her back into her passion for art and design.

After being an Interior Designer for many years, she had an opportunity to move to Scottsdale, AZ. While going to all the various markets as a buyer and always ordering from the representatives, she finally crossed over to the other side and has loved being a sales representative for 16 years.

Tamra feels she has an advantage with her design background in relating to and helping clients, and looks forward to traveling in her new territory.

Tamra treasures living close to her parents and sister and spends time with them as often as possible. She also enjoys traveling to California to see relatives…..and of course some beach therapy! Her passions are art, painting, and hiking.

Susie O’Bannion

After graduating from The University of North Texas with a BA in Education, Susie found that sales/service and education was right up her alley. She taught High School for a couple of years before an opportunity to live in the Dutch Caribbean came along where she lived for two and half years. After returning to the states, Susie found herself in the retail industry working at both Dillard’s and Neiman Marcus, this is where her interest in design began.

Susie left the retail world for marriage and a family and after her children started school, Susie began a career in the wholesale/manufacturing industry where she became the National Sales Manager for Lady Primrose Products. Susie was thrilled to join the Codarus Dallas Showroom in early 2015 and finds joy in assisting a variety of customers in the Interior Design Business

Susie is the proud mom to two wonderful children.  In her spare time she enjoys her family and friends and is looking forward to watching some SOONER football.

She comes with experience not only in design but as a Territory Manager with a strong emphasis on customer relationships and product partner focus. Samantha Drexelius

Samantha Drexelius

Samantha grew up in the snow capitol of the world – Buffalo, NY. She then ventured off to college in Florida to attend Ringling College of Art and Design where she received her BA in Illustration with a Minor in Business of Art and Design. The day after graduating, she began an internship at Soicher-Marin.

While working her internship, Soicher-Marin offered her a full-time position as sales support in the digital department. It was in this role that she developed a greater passion for working with clients and realized she wanted to do more than simply design art behind a desk, so she began to learn more about the business side of the art world. In 2012 Soicher-Marin gave her a chance in sales to work on house accounts and work with local designers. In 2014, as her interest grew and she successfully formed relationships with clients, Soicher-Marin made her the sales rep for Florida and she began traveling all over the state to meet clients. Sam joined CODARUS in 2016.

In her free time, she enjoys working on her own art, watching football (GO BILLS!), and spending time with her Golden Retriever, Drex.

Sally Windnagle

Sally Windnagle

Sally is an experienced sales professional with over 30 years of sales and retail knowledge.  She began her career in sales, learning the basics and developing experience with several large corporations.  In the year 2000, she decided to leave the corporate world and entered the ever-changing and fast-paced world of RETAIL. From that moment on she has had an immense passion for the retail and design industry.

Sally’s retail career started at a home furnishings and clothing store called Maggie’s, in The Woodlands, Texas.  Over the course of 16 years there, she served as Sales Manager, Visual Merchandiser, and Operations Manager. It is here where she developed her positive attitude and enthusiasm for a daily challenge.  Sally’s most recent position was Director of Leasing for Residential Design at the Dallas Market Center.  She was responsible for the prospecting and leasing opportunities of high-end furniture and design manufacturers. Her knowledge and expertise of industry trends allow her to find creative “outside the box” solutions.  She maintains a customer-focused mindset and thoroughly believes in the importance and value of strong service and long-term relationship building.

Robin Clarke

Robin Clarke

Robin has been a territory manager/sales rep in the home furnishing industry since 2004 when she went to work for Southern Accessories Today. At that time they represented Global Views, Guildmaster, Bradburn Lighting and a number of other furniture and accessories manufacturers. As she grew the territory, she was given the additional responsibility of national mail order accounts and multiple store furniture chains outside of her SC & Eastern Georgia territory.

In 2009 she was nominated for the ARTS award. In July of 2012 she joined the CODARUS team, covering South Carolina and Coastal Georgia.  At the CODARUS Conclave in December 2013 she received a number of awards for largest increases/most volume.

Robin lives in Savannah, Georgia with her husband Ted and standard poodle, Rascal. She is a passionate dressage rider and owns a wonderful horse named Redbird.

Nicole Klooster

As a resident of Brentwood TN, Nicole has over 12+ years of sales experience and 6+ years in the home accents industry. She worked for Ivan Bloom & Association for or 3 years selling decorative gifts and accessories. After a brief hiatus, Nicole launched with Christian Mosso & Associates and joined CODARUS is 2014.

Nicole has a B.S In Fashion Merchandising from Louisiana State University and has always enjoyed the challenge and excitement of working with different styles, textures, and preferences. Nicole also enjoys spending quality time with her husband and children, running, reading and all types of outdoor activities.

Nan Pieringer

Nan Pieringer

New to Codarus in 2018, Nan brings 20+ years of sales experience with her. Starting in the mid 1980’s Nan began in the apparel industry in Chicago, working both in the Chicago Apparel Mart as well as on the road servicing retail apparel stores throughout Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota and Iowa. She quickly became an asset to her customers for her fashion-forward ideas and top flight customer service.

In 1996 Nan and her husband moved to Portland, Oregon to raise a family, but she kept a hand in the apparel sales role by working various apparel markets around the country. Now that her youngest is off to college, Nan is excited to bring her enthusiasm for sales, merchandising and customer service to the Northwest. Her home reflects her natural affinity for color, fabric, lighting and accessories, aided by her Interior Designer daughter, and she looks forward to sharing her ideas.

Originally from Michigan, Nan has adopted the lifestyle of the Northwest. She enjoys working with her garden club, her gourmet club, hiking and skiing.

Martha Means

Martha Means

Territory Sales Manager

Martha has worked professionally for many years in both retail and wholesale, in both fashion and home Industries. She is experienced in sales, purchasing, product assortment and managing merchandise for high- end department and specialty stores, such as Stanley Korshak, Barneys New York, Saks Fifth Avenue, Longoria Collection, and Kuhl-Linscomb. Martha has managed the Neiman-Marcus account for Ralph Lauren Womenswear division and later worked as a design assistant for McGarr Design to gain experience in the Interior Design community in Houston. She truly enjoys every aspect of the business and has had wonderful career experience.

Martha joined CODARUS in June of 2010, and she has successfully grown her territory each year. Martha’s customers enjoy her quick response to their inquiries (usually same day response) and she has developed strong relationships with key accounts. New merchandise to the marketplace excites her, and she has a great passion to share and present new products to her customers who want to partner with CODARUS and grow their business.

Her personal interests include spending time with family and friends, attending Ecclesia Houston, swimming, cooking, movies, and taking walks in her neighborhood – the Heights. She is a 7th generation Texan and 4th generation Houstonian, and loves calling Houston her home.

Margy Heinrichs

Margy-short for Margaret- is a Chicago resident with a long history of sales in the home furnishings industry.  She has lived in Chicago for 25+ years and has sold to key accounts, small accounts, and designers.  She spent many years working out of the Merchandise Mart in Chicago.  During her career, she has travelled to all major markets and has a strong background in the industry.
Margy is a seasoned salesperson who loves working with clients and selling home furnishings is her passion.  She loves to work with accounts and help build their sales through listening and learning about their business,
At one point during her career, she sold ad space for a few publications in the industry including: Home Décor Buyer, Accessory Merchandising, and HomeFashion magazines.
She enjoys spending quality time with her two children and her pug Tank.  She also loves dinners out with her husband and girlfriends at the may great restaurants in Chicago. She also loves great movies and good books.
