CODARUS is one of the most respected names in to-the-trade home furnishings, textiles and accessories. Since 2005 our company has served stores, dealers, and interior designers in Dallas and across the nation. 

CODARUS has an immediate opening for a Customer Care Specialist in our Dallas Design Center showroom.  This is a full-time 40hr/week position.

Responsibilities Include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track CODARUS Purchase Orders and Outbound Shipments through the fulfillment process
  • Work cooperatively with our suppliers to accelerate orders through the fulfillment process
  • Use Jira Workflow to status and monitor orders through the fulfillment process
  • Coordinate and manage outbound customer shipments
  • Coordinate with customer third-party providers on order pick-ups
  • Process RMA’s, claims, and any reverse-logistics requests
  • Provide quotes to Sales Support staff as needed

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to analyze and resolve problems independently or as part of a group
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize
  • Minimum 1-3 years of Customer Service Experience
  • Minimum 1 year data entry experience
  • Proficient with Spreadsheets
  • Comfortable with software
  • Ability to work in a showroom environment with occasional customer interaction
  • Minimum High school degree/ GED
